Using Mise

Mise is a digital menu and QR platform for food businesses. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use Mise lawfully and to provide accurate business, menu and contact information.

Your account and content

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for the menu items, prices, images, business details and other content you publish. You must have the right to use any content you upload.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Mise available and reliable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Features may be improved, changed or retired as the product develops. Paid features may be subject to additional commercial terms communicated before purchase.

Customer transactions

Mise helps businesses present menus and, where enabled, prepare orders or reservation requests. The food business remains responsible for accepting, fulfilling, pricing, refunding and otherwise managing its own customer transactions.

Acceptable use

Do not use Mise to upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another business account.

Account suspension

Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect Mise, its users, other businesses or the public, including for abuse, security concerns or material violations of these terms.
